Limassol is a relatively small city, still in this seaport; tourists will find plenty of entertainment options such as the Theatre and Cinema.

K Cineplex is the largest chain of multiplex cinema theatres in Cyprus with branches in Limassol, Larnaca and Nicosia. The first K Cineplex in Limassol city opened in 1999. This multiplex is situated in the busy tourist area of Germasogeia. The cinema offers five screens, state of the art image and sound equipment, anti-seismic building structure, climate control air-conditioning, indoor cafeteria and concessions etc. It also provides many facilities for people with special needs with plenty of parking space free of charge.
Theatres
Some of the theatres in the city that provide entertainment for the locals as well as tourists.

Rialto Theatre
The Chrysohou Brothers founded this theatre in 1930s and it was opened in 1933 for the public, it was the centre for films, musical performances, banquets and carnival celebration galas in the city. In 1999, the theatre was expanded and renovated by Limassol’s Cooperative Savings Bank. Now a days, it is the home for film, music, dance, theatre and, opera performances. It also hosts some annual film and dance festivals with other performing arts. Rialto Theatre is an icon of cultural activities in Limassol city.

Nicos and Despina Pattichi founded this theatre and handed it over to the Limassol municipality. It was again renovated by the following bodies: the government of the Republic of Cyprus, the Limassol Municipality, the Pattichi's Foundation and the Cyprus Theatrical Organisation. Today, the theatre offers events of spiritual, cultural and artistic content in Limassol.
